Memivio is designed to help you save, organize, search, recall, and create reminders from personal memories.
By using Memivio, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information Memivio Stores
Memivio stores the information you choose to save or create in the app. This may include:
- Photos and images.
- Text notes.
- Memory titles and descriptions.
- Location coordinates and optional location labels.
- Reminders and tasks.
- Collections or folders.
- Tags and categories.
- AI-generated summaries.
- AI-generated search data or embeddings.
- Account profile details.
- App settings and preferences.
You control what memories and information you choose to save.
3. Account Information
When you create or use an account, Memivio may store account-related information such as your user ID, email address, profile information, authentication details, subscription status, and app preferences.
This information is used to provide access to your account, secure your data, manage subscriptions, and operate the app.
4. Cloud Storage
Memivio stores your memories using Supabase cloud services.
Photos may be stored in private cloud storage buckets. Memory records and related app data may be stored in a cloud database protected by user-specific access policies.
Private cloud storage and access controls are used to help prevent other users from accessing your memories.
5. AI Processing
When you save, search, or interact with memories, selected content may be sent to trusted AI service providers, including OpenAI, to generate summaries, tags, search embeddings, reminders, tasks, suggestions, or answers.
AI processing is used to provide app features.
You should avoid saving content that you do not want processed by these services.
AI-generated results may be incomplete or incorrect, and you should review important information before relying on it.
6. How We Use Your Information
Memivio uses your information to:
- Save and display your memories.
- Organize photos, notes, reminders, tasks, and collections.
- Generate AI summaries, tags, reminders, suggestions, and answers.
- Search your memories.
- Provide location-based memory features.
- Secure your account.
- Sync data across devices.
- Provide customer support.
- Manage subscriptions or purchases.
- Improve app performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Detect, prevent, or respond to abuse, fraud, technical issues, or security risks.
7. Location Data
Memivio may store location coordinates and optional location labels when you create location memories or attach locations to memories.
Location information is used to help you remember places, organize location-related memories, and search memories by place.
Memivio does not require you to save location information unless you choose to use location-related features.
8. Notifications
Memivio may schedule local notifications on your device for reminders you create or approve.
Notification settings may be managed through your device settings and app settings.
9. Private Memories
Memivio may allow you to mark certain memories as private.
Private memories require device authentication before opening in the app. Private memories are still stored in cloud services like other memories, but access is restricted through app security controls and user-specific access policies.
10. Data Sharing
AI-Construct LLC does not sell your personal memories, photos, or location data.
We may share limited information with service providers that help operate Memivio, such as:
- Cloud hosting providers.
- Database and storage providers.
- Authentication providers.
- AI processing providers.
- Analytics or crash reporting providers.
- Payment or subscription providers.
- Customer support tools.
These providers are used only to support app functionality, security, billing, support, and operation.
If you choose to open an external product search, the product search words may be sent to the external shopping site you open.
11. OpenAI and Third-Party AI Services
Memivio may send selected content to OpenAI or other AI service providers to perform AI-powered features.
This may include text from memories, image-related descriptions, tags, summaries, search queries, or other selected content needed to generate app results.
AI-Construct LLC does not intend to use your personal memories to train public AI models. However, third-party AI processing is subject to the terms and policies of the applicable AI service providers.
12. Supabase and Cloud Providers
Memivio uses Supabase for cloud database, authentication, and storage services.
Your data may be stored and processed on servers operated by Supabase or its infrastructure providers.
AI-Construct LLC uses access controls and security settings intended to restrict user data to the appropriate account.
13. Payments and Subscriptions
If Memivio offers paid subscriptions or purchases, payment and subscription information may be processed by the applicable app store or payment provider.
AI-Construct LLC may receive limited subscription-related information, such as subscription status, plan type, renewal status, or purchase confirmation.
We do not directly store full payment card details unless a payment provider specifically provides that service under its own policies.
14. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to help protect your information, including private cloud storage, account authentication, user-specific access controls, and device authentication for private memories.
However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, login credentials, and account access.
15. Data Retention
Memivio keeps your information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, or support legitimate business operations.
When you delete a memory, it is removed from your account data.
When you delete your account, app data associated with your account is deleted or scheduled for deletion.
Some limited information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, billing records, security records, or other systems where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes.
16. Data Deletion
You can delete individual memories in the app.
You can also delete your account from Settings or request deletion help using the support contact listed in the app store listing.
Account deletion removes app data associated with your account and signs you out of Memivio.
Deleted data may not be recoverable.
17. User Control
You may choose what memories, photos, notes, locations, reminders, and other information you save in Memivio.
You may delete memories or your account through available app controls.
You may manage device permissions, such as photos, location, notifications, and biometric authentication, through your device settings.
18. Children's Privacy
Memivio is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Memivio, contact AI-Construct LLC so the information can be deleted.
19. International Data Processing
Memivio, Supabase, OpenAI, and other service providers may process and store information in locations outside your state, province, or country.
By using Memivio, you understand that your information may be processed in locations where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
AI-Construct LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, app store listing, or other reasonable means.
Continued use of Memivio after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
