Delete Your Account In The App
You can delete your Memivio account directly inside the app.
- Open Memivio.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
After deletion is complete, Memivio signs you out and removes app data associated with your account.
Request Deletion By Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion help by emailing support@ai-construct.ai.
Please include the email address used for your Memivio account. We may need to verify that you control the account before deleting data.
Data Deleted
Account deletion removes app data associated with your Memivio account, including:
- Saved memories.
- Photos and images stored for those memories.
- Text notes.
- Location memories and saved location labels.
- AI-generated summaries, tags, and search data.
- Reminders, tasks, favorites, collections, and profile details.
- Your Memivio account record where deletion is technically available.
Data That May Be Kept Temporarily
Some limited information may remain for a period of time where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, billing, or operational purposes.
Backup copies and logs may take additional time to expire through normal system retention cycles. We do not use deleted memories to provide app features after account deletion.
